A little present.

Yo Dudes
-
I have put together a little musical mix for you all to wig out to. Its quite a straight laced collection of songs entitled A Grizla! New Year Once downloaded, unzip the file and drag on the contents of the folder including .m3u file on to your playlist list which will copy the tracks to your iTunes in the right order. Kratz at least give it one listen before you delete half and give the rest 2 out of 5 ;D

Stupid Stupid Stupid

Sorry, just had to do it; This is Squike Mk II. It's the most ridiculous thing I've ever ridden (fire at will at that statement). I rode to work at London Bridge this morning and its left me speechless. It's got a full carbon frame and forks with quality wheels and I'm scared at how quick it is and how stupid the power transmission efficiency is. Its sounds weird, but I can't believe I had never ridden a road bike before - bigger, faster, more efficient 700c wheels - and it feels like a whole new world has opened up (a bit what happened to various councilors over the summer?) and I'm annoyed with myself at what I've been missing all these years. Don't worry the Squike is not dead, but will hopefully be reincarnated more true to its original soul.

I have a hardon like the Paris skyline for this bike - and you will too when you witness its stupidity.

Other people's blogs

I really like looking at random blogs. There's obviously quite a few boring ones that just talk about a man who really likes dogs and lives in Canada or people who live in America and love Republicianism. Today these two blogs caught my eye:

The Rotten Sketch Book

Girls
(scroll down to the bottom, I would like to meet Emilie)

Weird Sights

Last night was the BB/Saunders xmas do. Weirdest sight of the night was Martin with his trousers round his ankles bum pressed against a window shouting "Fuck you Foxtons". That will stay with me for a while.

WHAT A LOSER!

Most of us find this time of year tiring. The endless onslaught of festivities and of course the shopping can take its toll. For one man however, it's all too much! I was browsing the 2nd floor isles of Borders, on Oxford Street, when I turned the corner to be greeted by this!!! I should have looked to see what he had been reading, but it obviously wasn't that interesting to him, so why should it have been to me!!

An evening with...

Mad dog and myself will be holding an early evening soiree this Saturday coming to celebrate the health benefits of mulled wine. We've decided to hold it fairly early so that even if some of you have other plans later on, you can still come beforehand for a winter warmer to get you in the party mood.

Although we're working on a recipe for the ultimate mulled wine, please do feel free to bring a little extra booze along as well.

Love Floody & MD. xxxx

Wheres Chop's Willy?

-
Well as chop would say words cant describe the destruction of ferry street last night. The 4 casualties lying here now go some way but the above pictures do that so much better (especially the gay potato). Dan and Flutes sad you couldnt be here but youll take joy in the fact I walked up the stairs to my room to find chop dressed as a bird getting to grips with a young brazilian girl. Bernies also really good at rolling a booner. Cheers for the fun those that came and sorry about me pulling my eyes to the side during Turning Japanese.

Too good to keep secret.

Well bingo begged me not to put these up but I know if the boot was on the other foot he wouldnt think twice, plus we all know its nice to share in the fun. 2 videos from a set of crackers of bingos 2hr singing session last night. Kratz gave up playing in the end to bingos annoyance as the 2nd video will show. Andy and Nick are watching out of sight open mouthed.

Visions of Saturday Night

Bingo, I expect to see this at some point in the evening (click 'View This Title')

Last Night.

Continuing my quest to be the biggest twat on the planet I pre-empt the stories by holding my hands up and saying yes I did write a list of 10 things I liked about a girl in a bar, before going and chatting her up, thinking the list would be a great tool. Yes I did give my business card to a random girl on the train on the way home, though I have in my defence she started chatting to me (she was also really hot). I shall attempt to find the list and scan it in for your amusement. I really am starting to believe im two people and ill be in a mental hospital at 50, talking in the third person about the mighty grizla and how he did this to me and what a git he is.

2)What should we do with my broken Ipod? I'm guessing theres a load of other dead ones out there (The Grizlasaurus has certainly worn a few out).... ideas for an iPod Graveyard anyone?

3) Any ideas where the best place to get vinyl cut lettering done? Any pointers as to what to look out for?

4) Think I'm in love. One for Chop;

5) How much effort is being put into Furry + Feathered at Ferry Street? I've got a really good idea but have to put a bit of time in. And I don't want to be the only one looking like a twat.

6) Think we should extend invites for this to people like Russco, Christopher R, Dave Parsons (+Daughter), Tom Lucas, Will Smith, Danger Damo, Noel, Sir Minky etc. the list could go on forever.... ideas?

7) Are we making money?

Diddlin?

Well tonight in Ferry Street theres some disagreemnent about the history of 'diddlin'. I claim it came from us mimicking Kratz and he orginally said it for the first time. Anyone care to help shed the light?

Phat farm

For the freelancers amoungst us, this is quite a nice programme to watch if you're having a late breakfast like I just did.
Its about 4 black inner city youths going on a 'rural scholarship' in Devon, and the 2 who impress farmer Wilfred the most will win jobs with him on the farm.

From the Ch4 microsite:

"With a blinkered view of life outside the big city, how will they cope when confronted with the reality of rural Britain and being the only black faces in town? Will they be able to integrate into village life and successfully undertake their duties as working members of the community? Can the countryside provide the opportunities that the city has failed to deliver?"
